Erba
The wines from this vineyard will be incredibly long-lived. Heidi and I put all of our wine making emphasis on polishing the wines’ textures so the site’s natural wild profile can be showcased. Located on the eastern portion of Atlas Peak, it has its own unique pocket of terroir. Power, strength and raw energy live in each and every drop of wine that we make from this majestic estate.
Sage Ridge |
Sage Ridge
Sage Ridge has been battered by rain and weather for centuries. The vines put virtually all of their energy and power into creating flavorful grapes that will attract animals to ensure they can propagate and survive. Powerful fruit flavors pulse from the wines that come from this vineyard.
Melanson |
Melanson
The Melanson Vineyard sits on the top of Pritchard Hill. Dappled light and a small diurnal temperature swing create the perfect environment for the long, slow ripening of the grapes. You would expect wines from the top of a mountain to be masculine, but this vineyard showcases blueberries and huckleberry flavors like none other.
5 Wells |
5 Wells
Five Wells is a unique property, as it is situated at the very opening of the Petaluma gap and Adjacent to the Sonoma Coast. The intense wind combined with sandy soil creates a high level of stress. The grapes from this vineyard are always small and concentrated with the textual intensity that only a special site can deliver.
