Happy Holidays from Adversity Cellars: A Season of Gratitude

December 17, 2025

As the final days of 2025 unfold and the last corks of the year are pulled, we at Adversity Cellars want to pause, reflect, and most of all—say thank you.

Thank you for choosing to support a winery built not just on fruit and fermentation, but on passion, perseverance, and purpose. Thank you for trusting our wines to be part of your tables, your milestones, and your everyday moments. And thank you for believing in what we do—with all its heart, hustle, and hands-on grit.

This time of year has a way of magnifying what matters most. And for us, it’s you.

Why This Season Means So Much

At Adversity Cellars, our name speaks for itself. We’ve built our wines—and our philosophy—around the beauty that comes from struggle. Our vineyards are far from easy: steep slopes, shallow soils, fierce winds. These sites push the vines to their limits, and in return, they give us fruit of rare depth and power.

But that spirit of adversity doesn’t stop in the vineyard. It runs through every decision we make—from harvest to bottling, from shipping boxes by hand to writing thank-you notes one at a time. We do it all because we care deeply about what’s in your glass—and about the people who fill them.

The holidays remind us that wine isn’t just a product. It’s an invitation. To gather. To share. To slow down. To celebrate.

A Vintage Worth Raising a Glass To

While our deepest gratitude is for the community we’ve built, we’d be remiss not to recognize the wines that brought us all together this year.

The 2023 release included three powerful Cabernets that reflect everything we believe in as winemakers. Melanson and Phelan El Jefe each received 100 points from Independent Wine Review, a testament to the strength of the sites and the attention poured into each barrel. Phelan Elizabeth followed close behind with an outstanding 98 points—a wine full of elegance, texture, and potential.

These wines represent the culmination of a year’s work, but they also reflect your support. Because without you, these bottles would never find the tables, cellars, and celebrations they’re meant for.

We also released the FMK 3-Pack—a trio of single-vineyard Cabernets designed for blind tasting and playful discovery. Priced under $300, it’s become one of the best values in our portfolio, and one of the most talked-about offerings of the year. If you grabbed a set, you know: Russell Bevan Cabernets at that level, at that price, is something rare.

Our Heartfelt Thanks

To our longtime collectors and our first-time buyers… to those who’ve cellared for years and those who uncork the bottle the same night it arrives—thank you.

Your enthusiasm, your feedback, your photos, your texts… they mean everything. Whether you’ve met us in person or only know us through a bottle and a handwritten note, we hope you feel part of this family. Because you are.

You’ve helped us grow—not just in numbers, but in purpose. And we’re deeply grateful for your trust.

Here’s to 2026

We’re already dreaming about what the next vintage will bring. More stories to tell, more wines to release, more memories to be made. But for now, we’re raising our glass to this moment—this season of gratitude, generosity, and reflection.

From our cellar to your table, we wish you a holiday filled with warmth, love, and unforgettable wine.

Cheers to you, to what we’ve shared, and to all that’s ahead.

With appreciation,

Russell & Heidi Bevan
